Jamie Serrano | Co-Founder / Managing Director

A real estate veteran of over 30 years’ standing, Jamie has built an enviable track record in the property industry. His historic experience as both an architect and a former owner of a construction company allows him to see opportunities from both a design and construction perspective, and over his long career he has worked on a broad range of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

As an architect, Jamie built a highly diverse portfolio, working on various projects ranging from residential new builds, residential refurbishments and extensions, commercial conversions, hospital conversions, student accommodation and hotels. It’s this long history in the industry that has allowed him to become so adept at spotting profitable development opportunities; opportunities that those with less experience often miss.

In addition to JE4 Property Developments, Jamie’s property interests also extend to the rental sector, where he has owned and operated a successful buy-to-let portfolio for the last 15 years.

Eden Serrano | Co-Founder / Investors Relations Director

Eden was a former nurse at the NHS Trust Hospitals and her passion into entrepreneurship is always fuel her to be more ambitious and lead her to quit her Nursing career and became full time as Real Estate Entrepreneur.

With over 15 years experience in the property industry, she and her husband started accidentally when they purchased their 1st rundown property renovated it and sold it for a profit. From there on as husband and wife they continuously building their rental portfolio with various experience using the same strategy adding value to every property they purchased by refurbishing, renovating, conversion and extension. The natural progression will lead them now into property development with the Mission and Vision to bring life back to underused commercial buildings into residential use in order to contribute to the local housing shortage in the community.

Eden is also engaged into international real estate where she speaks globally at Frich Revolution Events to share her knowledge and experience in the Real Estate Industry.
